Day 1  Sarajevo  Arrival – transfer only

Arrive at Sarajevo Airport, meet and assist at Airport,  departure with all possible assistance by A/C modern coach & depending on the time of arrival, proceed to hotel, check-in, and free time. Overnight.

Day 2  Sarajevo Tour

After breakfast, sightseeing Sarajevo, the beautiful Ottoman-style mosques and architecture, the old quarters still maintain an authentic Ottoman carsija with oriental sweet shops, cafes, and traditional  Bosnian food. During this sightseeing, the group will be followed by our guide who is going to provide them with detailed explanations and the meanings of the most famous religious, cultural, historical, and economic monuments in Sarajevo such as The  Old  City  Hall, Old handcrafts street, Gazi Husrev bey’s mosque, Clock Tower, Gazi Husrev bey’s mausoleums  (turbe), Kursumlija Madrasah, Faculty of Islamic Studies  Emperor mosque, Eternal flame Sacred  Heart  Cathedral, Latin Bridge, Old, and the new Jewish temple. Free time for shopping in the SCC shopping center before we transfer you back to the hotel. Overnight in Sarajevo.

Day 3  Sarajevo – Sunnyland – Bosna Springs

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit Sunnyland amusement park. Optional activity to drink coffee and have lunch. Visit Bosna springs, one of the most beautiful places in Sarajevo. Overnight.

Day 4  Sarajevo – Mostar Tour

Breakfast at the hotel.  Today we will take you to the Herzegovina part of the country where the influence of the Adriatic sea and Mediterranean climate dominates and the landscape is different from the Bosnia region. We will drive 120 kilometers south of Sarajevo to the city of Mostar. Upon arrival, we will take you to the Old town from Ottoman Era because that is where the famous UNESCO-protected Old Bridge is located. From Koski Mehmet Pasha’s mosque built in the XVII century, you will have the best view of the Bridge. Also, we will visit Mostar Gallery to watch a short movie that shows destroying and renovation of this Bosnian Landmark. Free time for lunch and shopping in Old town before checking in the hotel. Overnight in Mostar.

Day 5  Mostar Tour

Breakfast at the hotel. Today we will take you to several points of interest in Herzegovina. First to visit is Kravica waterfall – 30 meters high and 130 meters wide making it the largest in the region. After Kravica, we are going to visit the medieval stone town Pocitelj with a fortress from the XV century. Continuing our tour to Blagaj village and Buna river Springs. This area is very natural and the whole river Buna is springing from one cave, and above in XV century Sufis have build Teki. We recommend lunch in one of the restaurants on Buna river. At noon hours, we will drive back to Mostar. Overnight in hotel.

Day 6 Mostar – Boracko lake

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit Boracko lake and enjoy nature. Back to the hotel.

Day 7  Mostar – Bihac Tour

Breakfast at the hotel.  Transfer to the Northwest part of Bosnia to the city of Bihac. Upon arrival, a city tour of the town on the Una river. Visit Fethija’s Mosque from the XV century, Mausoleums, Saint Anthon’s Church, and Capitan’s Tower. Check-in hotel and overnight.

Day 8  Bihac tour

Breakfast at the hotel. Today we will have a tour of National Park UNA. Along the valley of river Una, in most parts of National Park Una, you can find cultural monuments, fortresses, towers, and towns that present additional value to the National Park. This area was undoubtedly settled from ancient times until today. We will visit the highlight- Martin Brod waterfall. Back to the hotel and overnight.

Day 9 Bihac

Breakfast at the hotel. Free day for personal activities. Possible to organize an optional rafting tour on one of the most beautiful rivers in Europe. Overnight.

Day 10 Bihac – Jajce – Travnik – Sarajevo

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, we will take you back to Sarajevo. On the way back, we will visit Jajce and Travnik. The first stop will be on Pliva lakes where we are going to stop for Wooden watermills – Mlincici. Also, we will visit Pliva Waterfall in the center of Jajce. Continue to Vezir’s town Travnik located 90 kilometers west of Sarajevo. Most of the road is motorway so we will need around 90 minutes to get there. Upon arrival, we will stop at the entrance of the town nearby the famous Plava Voda perfect place for pictures on the small blue river. From there you will see the fortress on the hill above the town. We will visit the fortress from medieval times that tell the story of the Bosnian Kingdom before the Ottoman empire. Inside is a small ethnic museum and you will see how Bosnian citizens lived from the bronze age till World war 2. After the fortress, we will take you to the center of town to see a colorful mosque, but also you can taste our most famous cheese from the nearby mountain Vlasic, made by nomads – and if you wish you can buy some. We will give you free time for lunch and coffee. In the noon hours, we go back to Sarajevo.

Day 11 Sarajevo – Olympic mountains

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit mountain Igman and Bjelasnica. Free time for outdoor activities. Overnight.

Day 12 Sarajevo – Nisicka Highland Tour

Breakfast at the hotel. For this day we plan to drive to Nisicka highland 40 kilometers from Sarajevo. When we reach the highland you will notice several traditional villages where you can buy domestic cheese, milk, honey, and tea. From there we will continue through the forest to reach the Eco protected zone called Bijambare Caves. First, we shall take a nice walk through the beautiful combination of oak, beech, and pine forest to reach the Cave complex. The walk is richly enriched with plenty of beautiful scenery, small creeks, a small lake usually there in spring/winter, fresh air, and much more. The main cave is of considerable magnitude, 470 m long (along the main path, neglecting branches) with 4 huge “halls” stretching up to 60 m in diameter and over 30 m in height. One of the halls (the last one) is commonly called a “concert hall” due to its impressive size. The cave is rich with cave “jewelry” forms such as stalactites, stalagmites, curtains, basins, side-blocks, and alike. It is presently inhabited by a colony of bats and crickets.

Day 13 Sarajevo loco

Breakfast at the hotel. Begin this day with ZOO Pionirska Dolina. After that, we will take a cable car to mountain Trebevic. The cable car was one of the symbols of the Capitol, and it was demolished during the last war 1992-1995. Now, we can enjoy cable cars over the city again. Upon arrival in Trebevic, we recommend you have a rest and drink coffee in the Sunnyland complex, while kids can try a roller coaster. After that, we recommend you have optional lunch in the restaurant “Prvi Šumar”. Back to the hotel. Overnight in Sarajevo.

Day 14 Sarajevo Transportation excluded

Breakfast at the hotel. Free day for personal activities.

Day 15 Sarajevo Departure Transfer only

Breakfast at the hotel.  Check-out from the hotel, and depart to Sarajevo Airport for final departure.
