Day 1 Sarajevo› transfer + Vrelo Bosne
Arrive at Sarajevo Airport, meet and assist at the airport by our representative. Before we take you to the hotel, we will visit Vrelo Bosne, the spring of the Bosna River, at the foot of Mountain Igman. The alley is made of two rows of 762 plane trees planted in 1892 and dozens of horse chestnut trees are surely the most beautiful tree row in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The spring of the Bosna River is an outstanding park with numerous streams forming lakes and islands in this geological, hydrological, and botanical-horticultural phenomenon. The most beautiful one, however, is the source of the Bosna River, which springs from several karst springs at an altitude of 492 meters. The water is of exceptional quality; therefore, a pump station for the city water supply was built next to the spring. The nature here still exceeds the strength and beauty of anything else seen, making the spring of the Bosna River one of the most precious natural and tourist pearls of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Day 2 Sarajevo tour
After breakfast, sightseeing Sarajevo, the beautiful Ottoman-style mosques and architecture, the old quarters still maintain an authentic Ottoman carsija with oriental sweet shops, cafes, and traditional Bosnian food. During this sightseeing, the group will be followed by our guide who is going to provide them with detailed explanations and the meaning of the most famous religious, cultural, historical, and economic monuments in Sarajevo such as The Old City Hall, Old handcrafts street, Gazi Husrev bey’s mosque, Clock Tower, Gazi Husrev bey’s mausoleums (turbe), Kursumlija Madrasah, Latin Bridge, free time for shopping before we transfer you back to the hotel. Overnight in Sarajevo.
Day 3 Sarajevo – Bjelasnica – Sarajevo
Breakfast at the hotel. Today, we will visit the Olympic mountains Bjelasnica and Igman. You will enjoy nature with the highest concentration of Ozon in Europe. Also, we will give you some free time on the mountain to enjoy coffee. Proceed back to Sarajevo. The rest of the day is free.
Day 4 Sarajevo – Mostar tour
Breakfast at the hotel. Today we will take you to the Herzegovina part of the country where the influence of the Adriatic Sea and Mediterranean climate dominates and the landscape is different from the Bosnia region. We will drive 120 kilometers south of Sarajevo to the city of Mostar. Upon arrival, we will take you to the Old town from Ottoman Era because that is where the famous UNESCO-protected Old Bridge is located. From Koski Mehmet Pasha’s mosque built in the XVII century, you will have the best view of the Bridge. Also, we will visit Mostar Gallery to watch a short movie that shows destroying and renovation of this Bosnian Landmark. Free afternoon in Mostar. Check-in. Overnight in a hotel.
Day 5 Mostar – Herzegovina tour
Breakfast at the hotel. Today we will spend the day in Herzegovina. First, we will visit the Kravice waterfalls. Later, we will continue to the Medieval stone town Pocitelj and Blagaj village with Buna river springs and Derwish house from XV century. Free afternoon in Mostar. Overnight.
Day 6 Mostar – Bihac
Breakfast at the hotel. Check out and proceed to Bihac. On the way, we will stop to take a few photos at several spots. Upon arrival in Bihac, we will have an introduction tour of Bihac. Check-in. Overnight.
Day 7 Bihac Tour
Breakfast at the hotel. Today we will visit National Park Una, Strbacki Buk, and Martinbrod waterfall. You will enjoy Bosnian nature and the Una river.
Day 8 Bihac – Jajce – Sarajevo
Breakfast at the hotel. Check out and proceed to the final destination for today. On the way, we will stop in Jajce and Visit Pliva lakes, Wooden watermills, and Waterfall. Continue towards Travnik through the countryside. In Travnik we will visit Plava Voda – the shortest river. We will finish the day with a check-in hotel in Sarajevo.
Day 9 Sarajevo loco
Breakfast at the hotel. Begin this day with ZOO Pionirska Dolina. After that, we will take a cable car to mountain Trebevic. The cable car was one of the symbols of the Capitol, and it was demolished during the last war 1992-1995. Now, we can enjoy ourselves in a cable car over the city again. Upon your arrival in Trebevic, we recommend you have a rest and drink coffee in the Sunnyland complex, while kids can try a roller coaster. After that, we recommend you to have optional lunch in the restaurant “Prvi Šumar”. Back to the hotel. Overnight in Sarajevo.
Day 10 Sarajevo Departure› transfer to airport
Breakfast at the hotel. Check out from the hotel, and depart to Sarajevo Airport for final departure.
